We recommend that you do not share any personally identifying information or move to another messenger outside the App. Any problems that may arise in case of violating these points are the responsibility of the user.

Please note that the anti-capture/recording function may not work depending on the model or version of the mobile phone, so be careful when sending personal photos. We are not responsible for problems caused by the capture prevention function not working.

Exemption of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to Policy

We may change this Policy from time to time. The revised Policy will be posted on this page with the effective date. If we make significant changes, we will provide you with reasonable notice.
